Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Maintaining and managing customer data in the company software and documentation
• First point of contact for customers, business partners and prospective clients via email, telephone and in person
• Responsible for the smooth handling of orders and customer satisfaction
• After-sales service as a means of building customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Administrative link between the management, department heads, site managers and cleaning staff
• Responsible for implementing sites in line with our internal quality standards, in cooperation with the implementation team
• Responsible for the upkeep and analysis of the quality management and control system as well as complaints management in our industry software, together with the Head of Routine Cleaning

What you bring

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally with experience in maintaining data in CRM and ERP systems
• A trustworthy, open and friendly manner
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• A knack for organisation
