Head of Domestic Services (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Looking after and managing demanding cleaning sites
• Maintaining and nurturing customer relationships
• Advising and supporting customers on cleaning matters
• Scheduling and managing the staff reporting to you
• Ensuring a consistently high level of service at our sites through ongoing quality checks
• Taking responsibility for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Initiating suitable measures to resolve complaints
• Acting as the primary contact and coordinator for the customer
• Placing orders based on your team's supply requests
• Continuously optimising the organisational structure and workflows of the department
• Running employee training sessions

What you bring

• Several years of experience and/or a completed vocational qualification as a home economist or in hospitality or hotel management would be desirable
• Good IT skills (Office suite)
• Good written and spoken German
• Leadership skills, decisiveness and a confident manner
• Category B car driving licence
