Building Cleaner (m/f/d) for our Stairwell Cleaning team

Your responsibilities

• Stairwell cleaning: thorough cleaning of stairwells in residential and office buildings, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste removal.
• Care of railings and handrails: cleaning and disinfection of handrails and railings to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Window and glass cleaning: cleaning of windows and glass elements in the stairwell area.
• Cleaning of entrance areas and lifts: making sure entrance areas and lift cabins are kept clean and tidy.
• Reporting damage: documenting and reporting damage or soiling that goes beyond the routine.
• Ensuring cleanliness: adherence to all required hygiene standards and guidelines.
• Care of cleaning equipment: careful use and maintenance of the cleaning machines and tools in use.

What you bring

• Experience in building cleaning, ideally with a focus on stairwell cleaning, is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of handling cleaning products and equipment.
• Good team spirit and a solution-oriented approach
• Category B or BE driving licence as a minimum
• Good command of German
• You are reliable and have a friendly manner
