Your responsibilities
- Team leadership: lead, motivate and supervise a team of cleaning staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure that quality standards are met.

- Ideally, leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Organisational skills and the ability to create efficient work schedules.
- Communication skills for interacting with employees and customers.
