Site Manager Routine Cleaning (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Looking after and managing demanding cleaning sites
• Maintaining and nurturing customer relationships
• Advising and supporting customers on cleaning matters
• Scheduling and managing the staff reporting to you
• Ensuring a consistently high level of service at our sites through ongoing quality checks
• Taking responsibility for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Initiating suitable measures to resolve complaints
• Acting as the primary contact and coordinator for the customer
• Placing orders based on cleaning staff requests for supplies
• Continuously optimising the organisational structure and workflows of the area
• Running employee training sessions

What you bring

• Several years of experience and a completed vocational qualification in building cleaning, hospitality, hotel management or home economics would be desirable
• Good IT skills (MS Office / MS365)
• Good written and spoken German
• Leadership skills, decisiveness and a confident manner
• Category B car driving licence
