Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Inspection, care and maintenance of green and outdoor areas
• Carrying out cleaning of pavements and car parks
• Regular inspection of equipment and carrying out minor maintenance, servicing and small repair work
• Ordering and keeping stock of repair materials and light bulbs
• Carrying out winter service (snow clearing and gritting)

What you bring

• A qualification as an electrician, installer or gardener is an advantage, or demonstrable professional experience as a caretaker
• Good team spirit and a solution-oriented approach
• Category B or BE driving licence as a minimum
• Good command of German
• You are reliable and have a friendly manner
